Mr. Jayesh P Choksi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and brings over 45 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. With his vision and sheer dedication, he has been instrumental in driving the Company’s growth and development. Under his stewardship, the Company has achieved significant diversifying into various segments such as Sparsh, Critical Care, Aesthaderm, Infertility, API manufacturing, Healthcare and Pharma verticals. He is also actively involved in philanthropic activities.
MR. PRANAV J CHOKSI
Chief Executive Officer & Whole Time Director
Mr. Pranav J Choksi holds a Bachelor in Pharmacy from the Institute of Chemical Technology, University of Mumbai and has done Masters in Biotechnology from The John Hopkins University, USA. He has specialization in Autologous Cancer Vaccines in the US. He joined the Company in 2004 and has been instrumental in driving vital changes to take the Company on the international arena. This led to the Company being awarded with many accreditations including but not limited to EU GMP (Hungary), ANVISA Brazil, Russian GMP, Health Canada, Ukraine GMP, Australia TGA, Colombia INVIMA, Uganda NDA, SAHPRA South Africa. He has been instrumental in various strategic growth initiatives, innovations including implementation of automated and other technology-enabled platforms. Under his leadership, the Company has showed sizeable growth in terms of revenue, profitability and other benchmarks.
MR. PANKAJ J GANDHI
Whole Time Director
Mr. Pankaj J. Gandhi holds a Bachelor in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and he has been associated with the Company for more than a decade and has around 36 years of rich and vast experience in liaising with the Regulatory Authorities.
DR. ANU S AURORA

Dr. Anu S Aurora graduated with an MBBS degree from Grant Medical College, Mumbai in 1983. With a distinguished career spanning several decades, she has been serving as a dedicated family physician in Mumbai. For the past 16 years, she has also been closely associated with Holy Spirit Hospital, Andheri, Mumbai, further enhancing her contributions to healthcare.
MR. KAMAL KISHORE SETH

Mr Kamal Kishore Seth is a Commerce and Law Graduate, Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds a Diploma in Managerial Accounting and Tax Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
Mr Seth has over four decades of working experience in several multinational companies like Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Reliance Industries Limited, and Reliance Infrastructure Limited in leadership positions in the functional areas of Finance, Planning, Commercial, Marketing, Risk Management, Business Management, Investment, and General Management with Profit Center responsibilities in multiple sectors including Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, FMCG, Fibre & Petrochemicals, Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate. Mr. Seth has traveled extensively and has a wide range of international exposure in dealing with Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Seth is also on the Board of IPCA Laboratories Limited.
MR. AKSHYA KUMAR MAHAPATRA

Mr. Akshya Kumar Mahapatra holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing from Behrampur University, Orissa, a B.Sc. from Utkal University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade Management from the World Trade Centre.
With over 31 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Mahapatra has worked with several renowned companies, including Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited, Claris Life‐Sciences Limited, Merck India Ltd, and Wockhardt Ltd. In recent years, he has held key leadership positions, serving as the Managing Director of Celon Laboratories Limited, Chief Business Officer at API Holdings Limited – PharmEasy, and is currently the Founder and Director of Aleafiaa Pharmaceuticals Private Limited.
Mr. Mahapatra is known for his exceptional ability to transform underperforming businesses into profitable ventures. His extensive experience encompasses leading large teams and driving the creation of new business verticals in areas such as Critical Care, Oncology, Nephrology, Respiratory Medicine, and Nutrition. As a visionary leader, he combines business acumen, operational proficiency, and technical expertise to drive growth and ensure long-term success.
