Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis & Strategizing Monitoring the market and developing the competitive analysis
• Market overall analysis & strategizing based on market potential, team size & opportunities
• Identifying the customer need & developing strategies accordingly
• Implementation of strategies and increase in ROI & improve market share of our brands
• To ensure brand profitability- proper control on E/S
• Design promotional inputs and ensure its implementation
• New product: Conceptualization to launch
• Regularly having competitors’ insight & updating the team accordingly
• Follow-up for promotion inputs like print & gift with various department and vendors for timely delivery
