Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow up Tender Registration & Payments in various Govt. Department.
• Should be responsible to handle tenders published on other portal apart from GEM, Railway and online / Offline Portal in service industry.
• Prepare documents for e-Tendering, studying tender documents, qualification criteria, scope of work, Floating RFQ to various vendors/contractors, collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements, meeting deadlines for the tenders received from public sector undertaking Govt. and other organizations.
• Prepare Bills , Raises SO and payment follow up from institute.
• Preparing MIS weekly/Monthly Reports.
• Preparation of payment collection, verify claims and update in system
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis & Strategizing Monitoring the market and developing the competitive analysis
• Market overall analysis & strategizing based on market potential, team size & opportunities
• Identifying the customer need & developing strategies accordingly
• Implementation of strategies and increase in ROI & improve market share of our brands
• To ensure brand profitability- proper control on E/S
• Design promotional inputs and ensure its implementation
• New product: Conceptualization to launch
• Regularly having competitors’ insight & updating the team accordingly
• Follow-up for promotion inputs like print & gift with various department and vendors for timely delivery
• Input Allocation
1.Responsible for packing plan in Unit 1, 2 Unit 3 in coordination with factory head.
2.Responsible for preparation and execution of the Production Planning for the third party and Loan License basis and also weekly basis in coordination with Factory Head and PPIC team from corporate office.
3.To Coordinate all store, purchase and production team to execute planning as per the sheet.
4.To ensure that weekly packing planning to be fixed and if any changes it should be informed in prior.
5.To Analyze data related to work order, inventory Control and production to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
6.To Provide specific inputs to the production team which would helpful in preparation of production schedule in-line as per requirements to complete order in time.
7.To Balance production capacity, lead times, and inventory targets to ensure efficient production scheduling and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
8.To Coordinate with dispatch and marketing team for forecast product demand.
9.To Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of without delay.
10.To Supervise and guide production and packing teams, providing necessary training, coaching, and feedback to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
11.To Review Sales Forecast, demand forecast, Inventory Controls and Customer Orders.
12.Prepare regular reports and MIS on production output, inventory levels, and performance metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
13.To review pharma cloud /SAP system to check inventory time to time.
14.Develop and Implement packing strategy to get maximum output to increase productivity.
15.Coordination with production head to pack multiple product on time.
16.Monitoring stores raw materials and packing materials in the inventory and items stored in the warehouse
17.Responsible for daily morning and evening meeting with Store and production team for proper execution.
18.To prepare sheet for near expiry material.
19.To inform vendor if any quality issue and ensure that debit note to be raised to respective vendor in time.
20.For new packing style of existing product or new product, give the input and arrange material accordingly.
21.To check ERP / SAP system in daily bases for material availability and requirement.

• To achieve the primary and the secondary sales targets, mom ,products wise
• Identifying the prospective Business opportunities for the company
• Persuading the potential customers to purchase our brands(Drs & chemists).
• Reach out to the Drs and other professionals through offline and online to develop the constructive
relationship, and to bring sales.
• Work closely with the departments of purchase & sales and to implement effective plans and strategies of
the organization
• Knowledge about the products, unique benefits of our products, and the competitors brands and their
strategies
• Negotiate contracts with prospective institution, and to manage the bulk business
• Implementation of the company’s strategies in toto, and to give the feedback to their immediate superior
periodically.
• To maintain rapport with the distributors and their sales men to maintain the adequate rack stocks, and to
distribute the products, where its required in time.
