Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare proper Standard Tour Plan as well as Monthly Tour Plan and maintaining the same throughout the
month, least deviation is required.

· Pre-call Planning and Post call analysis is must required for any successful pro-ductive call.

· Understanding the need of doctors act accordingly.

· Always demand Rx after any fruitful conversion.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual secondary planning.

· Proper implementation of divisional strategies given by management.

· Take ownership of his own territory in terms of account/doctor conversion.

· Visit stockiest weekly sales monitor.

· Near Expiry / Dumped stock liquation plan and execution through the team.

· New territory Development.
